The chalet is a newly-built and much-treasured family home rented for a maximum number of persons as stipulated in the contract. Any increase in this number must be notified 2 weeks in advance and must have received the owner’s agreement.

No smoking in the chalet. You may do so on the terrace or balconies, but please do not throw butts into the snow, that will make a visual mess when the snow melts. Please do not stub out cigarettes on the wooden balconies or general woodwork.

If it becomes apparent that there is an unannounced increase in the numbers this situation constitutes a break in the contract and the owner reserves the right to charge an extra CHF 500, -per week or CHF 100,- per night for each additional person. Please notify the ages of the children in order that the local taxes can be paid correctly.

The chalet has 3 covered parking spaces in the 2 garages that belong to the chalet.

This chalet is a new family home and the decoration and personal items are there to make it attractive and agreeable for all. Please respect it The owners have tried to provide all necessary items, if something is missing please let us know. The owners understand that accidents can happen, but would ask you to be careful nevertheless. If you break glasses or china, that is not serious, but please would you say so in order that the items may be replaced for the next guests. Glasses will cost Fr. 5,- and plates Frs. 15,- however the first CHF 50,- of any china/glasses breakages will not be charged for, only above that sum. If you badly burn a pan or break a lamp please say so - we will have to charge, but at cost.

Important : Ski boots or outdoor shoes may not be worn in the chalet. Please remember to bring house socks and slippers - or maybe will the underfloor heating will be enough! Guests are asked to refrain from wearing ski boots outside the garage and tiled entrance area. Any damage to wooden floors caused by ski boots and/or other outdoor footwear will be recovered from the damage deposit.
